Books

Books – where to start!  Books are the lifeblood of the fairy tale.  The invention of writing and, more importantly, the printing press meant that hitherto oral tales could be committed to print and thereby reach a far wider audience. Today there are thousands of books on fairies, fairy tales, angels, and all manner of supernatural beings.  Here is a small selection of my personal favourites.
